Engineering Lab
DTC’s Engineering lab is equipped to provide the best results. With our working demos onsite, DTC is able to program equipment before it goes out, and we can trouble shoot issues that arise at customer sites. Our equipment includes:

Connected Technicians
DTC technicians are all equipped with new Andriod tablets. These tablets give our infield technician team real time access to Service Orders, email, manuals, and any other internal information needed to better serve our customers.
Certifications
To achieve Triple Diamond status with NEC, an NEC dealer must have a well trained and certified technical team. The DTC team has 100s of NEC certifications; UNIVERGE SV8000 series, NEAX2400, NEC 2000 Series, IPK Elite, MA4000, Voice mail systems, Unified Communications, Spherical and just about any other NEC certification you can think of. Along with the 100s of NEC certifications, our teams also have certifications with Cisco, Juniper Networks, Zeacom, and Meru Networks.
