Robert S. Bliss, President.  Mr. Bliss has 40 years experience in the telecommunications industry.  His expertise in Executive Management roles for the past 35 years includes an emphasis in Sales, Operations, Engineering, and overall company profitability.  His responsibilities are to expand our existing strategic relationship with NEC, expand the DTC footprint in the state of California and the Pacific Northwest, and form new business relationships with companies offering additional product and services for our customers and prospects.

 

 

Gordon G. Maccani, Chief Executive Officer. With more than 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Maccani has an extensive background in sales, system maintenance, facilities management, and public relations.  He continues to provide the highest integrity coupled with the highest standards in the communications marketplace.

 

As founder of Digital Telecommunications Corporation (DTC) he has continued to expand DTC to one of the industry’s most successful and entrepreneurial companies.

 

 

Ronald L. Buzbee, Senior Vice President of Operations.  Mr. Buzbee has over 35 years of management, sales support and technical experience in the telecommunications and data fields. He has a track record of building and motivating effective service and installations teams with the focus on Customer Satisfaction.

 

Mr. Buzbee has a “customer centric” philosophy that is consistent with the DTC commitment to provide customer support and satisfaction that is without peer in the telecommunications industry.

 

Ed Regan, Vice President of Operations.  Mr. Regan began his career as a field technician for a major telecommunications company more than 22 years ago.  Since that time he has built an outstanding reputation in service, installation, and facilities management.  His career responsibilities have covered major PBX systems, Key systems, Voice Processing systems, and outside cable plant systems.

 

Mr. Regan’s responsibilities include the supervision of the company’s field technicians, and the quality control of all installations.

 

Sheldon A. Allen, Vice President. Mr. Allen has been in the Telecommunications/ Information Technology industry for 28 years. His extensive hands on experience in all aspects of the business give him a unique ability to manage the customer experience to the highest level. His primary responsibilities are to significantly expand DTC’s presence in the Northwest and keep our customers up to date in our ever changing industry.
