Ian George

Special Recognition

Ian was sent out to a customer site to meet with the on site technician for a hand off meeting to step in for the customer while their tech was on vacation for a week. While he was there the customer made a decision to eliminate the onsite tech and most of the IT department for disciplinary reasons. The CEO ask if they could use Ian for a few days until they could find a replacement. Immediately the entire staff of the Hospital loved Ian for his hard work and can do attitude. After just one week they called DTC for a meeting and decide that they could get the same amount of work (or more) from Ian in three days as they were getting from there on site for 5 days.

Keith Greer

September 2011 – Employee of the Month

As some of you know Keith had shoulder surgery and he was in serious pain after his surgery. Keith did take the afternoon off but the following day he was voluntarily Emailing and working with customers remotely and never stopped or looked back. He attended all the meetings that were scheduled and even though he was in pain, Keith definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to support DTC and our customers.

Employees of the month – May 2011

4 employees at DTC stepped up, and went above and beyond in the month of May. We felt that it was only right to honor all of them with the employee of the month.

3 of the winners were involved with a recent installation at the Sansum Clinic corporate office. Great installations are based on team work and good communications. Mary, Joe, and Wayne all showed great communication and team work to complete this complicated installation. Another factor that determines a great installation, is customer satisfaction. Jim J from Sansum had this to say: (pictured Mary and Joe, Wayne not pictured)

“As you know, this was a very important project. Our Corporate office accommodates all of our business office, finance, and senior administration, as well as the remote DRU’s that support our Goleta Family Practice office and 3 Physical Therapy offices.

Joe has been awesome in this project. Joe is very meticulous in his work and we are thankful to have him involved in this project. Wayne did a great job with the MDF and x-connects. We feel very fortunate for Wayne’s involvement as well and feel that Wayne is just one of the many great assets you have at DTC. Mary did a great job with database, project management, and training as well. Thank you Mary! Again, we thank you and the whole DTC team for a job well done”

The 4th winner for the month of May is Jeremy Owen: As you can read below Jeremy has delivered great support to the City of Moreno Valley and he has provided them with above and beyond support on a consistent basis since they became a customer of DTC.

“From day one he has been the one key person in making our AVST installation a continuing success. From helping us with the simple to the highest level technical support issues and upgrades, Jeremy has always come through for us. I have been in telecommunications for over twenty-years, and I know things don’t always go well. What makes a difference in supporting sophisticated products are the people working behind the seen who know what they’re doing. Because of this, my job in maintaining our AVST voicemail system is one less worry on my list.”

David Ebarra,
Telecommunications Manager, City of Moreno Valley

Congratulations to all 4 of you and ALL the great employees we have at DTC.

Employee of the Month – Dan Foster 3/2011

Dan Foster was sent to the Pacific Northwest for 10 days to try and resolve on going issues with Salem Hospital. Dan spent over 10 days working on very difficult issues and was able to resolve all of the outstanding issues during that visit. We appreciate Dan going above and beyond the call of duty to show what DTC quality service is all about.
