DTC & NEC
Since 1987, DTC has remained an exclusive NEC distributor. DTC has remained a loyal NEC Exclusive Associate for two important reasons: the cutting-edge technology that NEC offers to small and large businesses and NEC supports DTC’s objective of always meeting client expectations.
While NEC has over 500 dealers in the United States, DTC is distinguished among them as one of only eight exclusive providers, with the prestigious Triple-Diamond status in NEC’s Accelerator Program.
The Accelerator Program is NEC’s performance program for a select few high performing Associates awarded on several key metrics, including sales volume and technical certifications. Because of this status within NEC, clients of DTC are provided exceptional, innovative communication solutions, as well as, exclusive benefits and discounts.
DTC’s Triple Diamond status distinguishes DTC as providing exemplary product knowledge, designing and deploying the best network solutions available to each client. All DTC employees pride themselves as leaders in their approach to excellent customer service.
Unified Communications
DTC is committed to providing the best solutions for all communications, and NEC UCB offers simplicity to UC. NEC UCB is a single point solution, providing Unified Communications and Contact Center through one application, one administration interface and one reporting module.
NEC UCB, also known as Zeacom, became available for the US market in 1999. DTC saw this as an opportunity and became the first US full service reseller for Zeacom. NEC also saw an opportunity in Zeacom to address the communication needs of small to medium businesses, and together they released NEC UCB.
Since 1999, DTC has been installing, servicing, and maintaining NEC UCB/Zeacom applications. The DTC staff has had 100s of hours of training on the application to ensure our customers receive excellent service and knowledge.
Wireless Networks

As businesses move to become totally wireless, it was important that DTC turn to a strong wireless partner. DTC chose to partner with Meru Networks because of their strong market presence and their superior product. As mobility becomes more and more important DTC looks forward to offering a wireless solution that is easy to deploy and manage for customers, while providing the same quality customer service you have come to expect.
Meru Networks ranks second in the worldwide market share for 801.11n Enterprise Wireless LANs and in November 2010, Meru ranked #25 of 500 of the fastest growing companies in North America, according to the 2010 Technology Fast 500.
Data Networks

Since 2009, DTC has been offering Unified Infrastructure network solutions, developed by NEC and Juniper Networks. By offering the Unified Infrastructure, DTC can provide advanced and secure networking solutions that enhance communications for our customers.
In early 2011, Juniper Networks was awarded government security certifications for more than 20 of their products and with NEC and Juniper Networks working together, Unified Infrastructure offers an extremely secure and reliable network.
